What to do if you have forgotten your password?

1. Enter your member id's e-mail address to the field below and press submit button.

2. E-mail will be sent to given address after submit. This e-mail will be used to confirm the renewal of your password.

3. Follow the instructions on confirmation message (click the link included in the message)

4. A new password will be sent to your e-mail.

Note! We cant`t send your old password to you due to security reasons. You will get a NEW password e-mailed to you after renewal process.
